Cancellation/Payment Policy

Cash and check payments are no longer accepted. We have moved to credit/debit card payments only through email invoicing.


All boarding payments are due at the time of reservation. This secures your spot in our schedule since we have been getting booked up for boarding very quickly. We recommend reaching out with the dates you need as soon as you know them. We do try to accommodate late reservations as best we can, but we do need at the very least 1 business days notice for any boarding reservation.


Full Time Student Program, Structured Walk Program & Training payments are due at minimum 24 hours before your scheduled service.


For Full Time Student Program, this means payment is due by 7AM the day prior.


For Structured Walk Program, this means payment is due 24 hours before your scheduled walk time.


For Training, this means payment is due 24 hours before your scheduled training time.


If we do not receive the payment 24 hours before the scheduled time, we do have the right to refuse service.


Morning of/day of payments are no longer accepted.


Payments sent in late (within 24 hours of your scheduled service) will be refunded minus a 30% fee & your service will be cancelled.

WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING REFUNDS FOR SERVICE CANCELLATIONS OF ANY KIND


All invoices for each of our services are sent out the week before on Thursday or Friday to ensure there is enough time to send payment over.
